各位老师，论文整体意见是clined for Publication - Encourage Resubmission after Revisions。 下面是编辑部的回复。

During resubmission, you must clearly indicate the ID of this manuscript. All changes must be highlighted and a cover letter with responses to reviewers’ comments included. Note that the Editorial Office may send the paper to the same reviewers or invite new reviewers.

要求在cover letter里面包括responses to reviewers’ comments included. 我要在cover letter里面包括所有的意见回复吗？

You need to : In the cover letter 1. quote the manuscript ID in the cover letter 2. reponse to the reviewers' comments in the manuscript 1. make changes as needed 2. highlight all the changes in the manuscript
