| 摘要 | 本文的核心论点是:近些年来,尤其是中国加入 WTO 以后,随着商业银行领域竞争的加剧、金融管制的放松和利率市场化进程的加速,各商业银行明显加快了产品和服务创新的步伐,频频推出各种新产品新服务,以争夺市场份额。本文旨在对我国商业银行产品创新现状进行分析。文章首先对金融创新理论和商业银行产品创新策略进行了论述。在此基础上,首先对我国近几年的商业银行领域的产品创新活动进行了调查、总结和分类,并对一些有代表性的创新产品进行了介绍。接下来,对这些产品创新活动的特点、存在的问题进行了深入分析,并对商业银行加快金融产品创新的推动力进行了剖析。最后,文章提出了若干在产品创新活动中应遵循的原则,对未来产品创新活动的发展方向进行了展望。 |

The theme of this report is to provide an analysis of the current situation of product and service innovation of commercial bank. The report is classified into three parts. First, it will discuss the theory of financial innovation and strategy of commercial bank in innovation. Based on this context, it will select some remarkable cases to discuss based on the systematic research, conclusion and classification. Next, it will identify the potential issues in product and service innovation. Moreover, it will discuss the new momentum gained from the innovation. Finally, this report will raise some principle to follow in the innovation and predict the direction of future innovation activities. ties. |
