You are asking the wrong questions. The secret of stock market trading lies in the strategies of  investors used. It is not about which sector should be deployed. Even investors know which stocks can buy now. However, the investors couldn't know when to sell if he have no strategies. So, most important issue is the strategies investors used. I suggest you can study the Benjaman Granham's Security Analysis first.

个人觉得如果资金管理能做得好一些，还是期货要好一些，原因如下：
1.大宗商品国际联动性高，不像国内的股市，基本属于政策市或者靠资金推动的市场，老鼠仓忒多；
2.从交易模式来看，期货允许做多做空，这里才真正是多空双方的博弈与较量，多数人学到的技术分析才有用武之地，其实我国的股市是不适合技术分析的；
3.期货市场目前的品种还是比较少的，股市现在几千只股票，而且还在不停的IPO，你想抓到一只好股，难于上青天啊!
