Description:
A Systematic Guide to Leadership Selection Using Total Quality Management Techniques identifies the application gap and presents a methodology based on Total Quality Management (TQM) to support the guidance of a process to select leadership (at any level of the organization). A modification to the House of Quality and a product of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is presented and discussed as the core of a leader selection process. Two case studies are used to reinforce the concepts and applications. Finally, this manual introduces some experiments for leadership development using virtual worlds and ends with a note for the future using the metaverse and digital twins for leadership.
