我认为，中国要想建立自己在国际上的地位，想让人民币走出国内，向世界货币再迈一步，就应该在此次欧洲债务危机中积极援助欧洲，就像但年美国对欧洲的马歇尔计划（The Marshall Plan）---欧洲复兴计划（European Recovery Program）一样，会对全球经济甚至政治格局产生深刻影响。

I heard about the news that Zhou Xiaochuan was awarded the Best CEO of Central Bank prize by authorised international finance magzine Euromoney. Maybe it's a sign that the world, especially the europe, wants to get help from China's financial system.

资金具有逐利性，总是由效率低的地方向效率高的地方转移。但效率并不等于生产力，且运用资金的主体是人，而人常常具有一定的投机性，并不能完全保证前者，所以危机的出现也是对错误的一种修正。虽然经济有其自身的发展规律，繁荣、衰退、萧条、复苏循环往复，但适时适当的举措还是可以起到一定的催化作用的。因此，危机并不可怕，可怕的是人的自私和狭隘！倾力合作，共度难关吧！

感觉美国有点幸灾乐祸啊，毕竟它最大的对手在倒霉了。不过美国没有资格说别人庞大的债务，它自己难道不是欠了一屁股的债么？所不同的是美国可以**到让全球人民为它买单。不过也没招，谁让美元是世界货币呢。
