we need through compute the cost and benfit about the RMB ratio, not just follow the think that USA is our opponent, his said must harm to me. you know, american is a democratic country ,Gov is only the part pepole's represente , not the all.  

文中说中国应该对美国失业的的不到1%负责，看似很小，但如果别的国家都不到0.001%呢，不能以绝对数衡量吧，感觉写的很片面，就是为了支持中国罢了，没什么意思
