You are right!
I think what we can learn from the college is only the basic theory and the mode of thinking of the investment,and if we want to become a successful investor,practice is more important!

It is unfair to say the investors is stupid because the investors have no so much to get all the information. Convesely, it it the responsibility of adminstrative regulation to regulate the market, to find the cheat and to punish it.

Right, a healthy capital market needs rational investors,full-fledged financial institutions and effective regulators,and information asymmetry is a big barrier!
