i think women are more cautious and conservertive than men in financial matters .and sometimes  women put more vigors  on micro financial matters. most of the women like risk avertion.

It is an interesting investigation shows the differences between male and female. The first example seems showing that males prefer risk than females.

Generally speaking, women are more risk-averse and considerate. They don't spend money so hasty as men.
But on the whole, maybe the number of male finance managers is greater than females.
And many people hold the view that women are good at recognizing figures. I hate this view. Because I don't like figures, and I often feel terrible everyday facing them. But I have to do forecasts, oh, what a terrible thing! Male workmates can easily get the chance to talk in public, to write articles in corporate newspapers and to learn to set up SAP systems, but we are allocated to do jobs with lots of figures. Dizzy!

when it comes to just figures ,I believe female is better than male .I also think women can  do most of man's work ,and the reason they didn't may be that there is gender discrimination.
