当下他们好像更偏爱于短期回报，而对能带来中期和长期回报的初级教育并没有足够的投入，或者说对于某些地方来说，根本就没有投入，我们的人多地广难以顾及全面可以是一个原因，但不能作为借口。偏远地区的初等义务教育做的还很不好！

这句话在30年前是对的，但是现在来看，似乎未必全对，现在，更是一个pd的年代，所以，很多走出大山的80孩纸们依然是弱势群体，中国整个社会结构已经俨然形成，对于农村的孩纸，读书，已经不再是能够改变命运了，更多是看到自己的无奈。

if the zf want to change the social structure, it needs a new reform to change the unfair between rural and urban. however, it seems the zf do not want to conduct a new reform in case of losing govenering.

In my view, historical dependence should be considered! Afer all, a new reform are bound to refrain many obstacles, such as conservative groups, culture path^
