其实我觉得在美国发生这种事情并不是很严重，因为大家把ZF单位的工作只是看作一个平常的工作，并没有太多其他的想法，但是在中国不一样，一方面，很多人离开ZF单位以后就根本没有其他的技能去找其他的工作，就算找到工作了，也很难适应，但是在中国单位工作是有一个好处，那就是一般情况话你不会被解职的。

无论如何，是一个大胆的尝试！坚冰并非不可破！

so be it !The Government employees are going to keep on dropping.Its about time. What a huge waste and drain its been on the Private Sector.but in China,civil service salary is 3000 yuan, 5000 yuan, 8000 yuan and 10000 respectively, such, a place class of civil servants' salaries is above the minimum wage (by 500 yuan plan) nine times, so that China's civil service salary is more than America, France and other western developed capitalist countries !however, Socialist country public servant salary so much higher than the capitalist countries,our people can promise?

字太大了，看着不舒服

At first sight, the US's actions seem absurd and unreasonable. Civil servents and teachers are laid off, tax credit extends and more preferential tax policies are launched, and more loan to the Europe is on the agenda.
But at second thought, they are effective to stimulate economy. Laid-off civil servents will considerably reduce the goverment's burden and the reemployment in private sector will bring about new production capability, a quick and strong momentum.
As for civil servents, I think in China, most people want to find a stable position, but in America, maybe some of them want more power in politics. They are different in ideology.
