请问楼主，你的这本书是2011版的吗？还是2009版的？谢谢答复先。

是99版的，但是我看来跟最近的版本没有太大区别。我手头上的貌似是新版的hardcopy。你可以看看最近版的Google online的部分，都一样的。这本书没有2nd edition, 是different printings。作者原话： "The changes in this second printing mainly concern various typographical and non-typographical corrections and references omissions, which came to light in the first printing."
