不是的，新兴市场指的应该是俄罗斯，中国，印度等地区，可以理解为发展势头良好的发展中国家。

Maybe it will be a tough period for most developing country, especially those whose economy relies on export. But there is also recovery, which would benefits substantial economy. The recession would last but we will be accustomed to it.
