问题是,1997-1999年房地产开发企业的营业收入大幅增长,但营业利润却不断恶化。问了两个人,都不太清楚,求教高手现身解答。个人猜测是跟1998年的商品房改革有关,但不知其究竟。
至于金融危机,个人认为关系不大,理由有2:1、当年的国内恶化没那么严重,2、金融危机不会形成收入大幅增长同时利润大幅下降的情况。
