请看邹老师的信：这也可以说明为什么蔡洪滨出钱请方汉明，陈玉宇，周黎安，albert park， vernon henderson等人帮他写应用论文。
但是，蔡洪滨要赶上邹恒甫老师的引用率是不可能的。邹老师在无名气的期刊《review of development economics》里发的一文就有355个引用，比蔡洪滨在JPubE和AER两篇最多引用加起来还多。有时，高引用率并不一定要在好期刊，邹老师的论文说明了此点，了不起！

中国学者最容易学邹恒甫写论文，发在初，中，高三级期刊，都得到较高引用率。一切都不神秘，一切都顺乎心意，一切都不故作姿态。（邹恒甫按：按国际语法标准，我们把所有顿号都变为逗号。）回复@寒江独钓江南春：引用率最重要！例如， Samuelson 最早在Economica 发了他最伟大的发现现实偏好理论； Buchanan在Economica发了他的俱乐部理论； Coase也是在Economica上发了他的公司的性质。
