Case report
The patient, a 45 years old maleThe chief complaint is “testis swelling and pain for 1 month”
Laboratory tests :  x-ray MRI
a lesion is found in the metaphysis of left higher femoral bone in the center of the medullary cavity,with sharp borders no periosteal reaction,joint space is normal.the Lesion appeared hypointense on T1 image ,enhanced scanning showed significant enhancement .
