20120603 Follow Me 388 Stimulus or Not ? The Economist (with comments)

The system of the government is to be blame. personnally, I think while inharmoniousness of cognitive ability and its following actions beween the local government and central government existed in China,  U.S.A is constituted by 50 states and the federal , whose function equals to our local and central government respectively to some extend. They can do well, why not our China, our government should learn something from it , maybe..

In the U.S., the Federal government supervises local governments, but local governments are able to design detailed recovery plans to fit their own economic situations after the Federal government issued them funds from the stimulus package. China could learn something from the U.S. government system to efficiently use funds to recover local economies from recession.

I mean that to stimulate or not to stimulate is a problem.

The government should stimulate demand, rather than supply. The stimulus plan will worsen situation.
