另外推荐你用google 啊,google scholar如果找不到可以免费下的链接,你google 文章标题加上pdf..基本上只要有那种免费的链接都可以下到..如果没有,只能在坛子里面求啦,,各大高校的数据库基本都有..

一般外审意见包含四个部分,第一个部分是基本的打分,,每个杂志都有一系列的自身的标准,根据每个标准请审稿人给出在每个标准上的分数,这个分数会供主编参考,这个分数投稿作者一般看不到, 主编也一般不会告诉作者.

第二个部分是你整体的推荐意见,一般包括,拒稿,大修,小修,录用四种.基本每个杂志都差不多..这个意见供主编参考.这个部分一般作者也是看不到的,有些审稿人在下面讲到得第三部分透漏出来,有些不会,,主编告诉你的最终结果比如录用,小修,大修或者拒稿是主编自己综合所有审稿人的意见和自己的意见作出的决定,不是审稿人的决定.(当然不同杂志审稿人的意见占得比重差别比较大)

第三个部分就是写给作者的意见,这个部分是会直接发给作者的,有些主编会做合并或者调整之类的工作,有些主编不动的,直接全文发给作者.这个是主要部分.

第四个部分是写给主编的意见..这个部分一般不是必要的,,有些意见可能不适合跟作者讲,审稿人会在这个部分写出来,,比如涉及到审稿人怀疑一些学术不端等情况,审稿人会在这个部分写出来给主编做参考.

这个大概是审稿的情况,具体依每个杂志自身的差别而变化,,我这里给你贴一个杂志的评分的项目,供你参考..


Please evaluate the manuscript using 1-10 or not applicable       
1)        Is the subject of this article relevant to the mission and aims of this journal? 1=Not at All Relevant to 10=Completely Relevant                                                                                                  
2)        Is the issue addressed in the article important to the advancement of knowledge in the management discipline? 1=Not at All Important to 10=Very Important                                                                                                  
3)        Is the literature review and discussion up to date and balanced, including appropriate acknowledgement of prior work? 1=Not balanced and/or not up to date to 10= Balanced and Up to Date                                                                                                  
4)        Is the scholarship or methodology sound, including where applicable appropriate use of analysis techniques? 1= Not at all sound 10 = Very sound                                                                                                  
5)        Is this work likely to change current thinking in the area? 1= Not at all likely 10 = Very likely                                                                                                  
6)        Is the manuscript easy to read and clearly argued? 1= Difficult reading and line of argument hard to follow 10= Easy to read and clear line of argument                                                                                                  
7)        Are the references complete and in accord with the journal referencing style? 1= References incomplete and do not comply with journal formatting guidelines 10= References complete and comply with JMO formatting guidelines                                                                                                  
8)        Is the length of the manuscript (overall and within sections) commensurate with a complete but frugal argument? 1=Paper needs to be reduced or expanded in areas 10= Length is commensurate with a complete but frugal argument
