建议可以从较简单点的双语书籍开始看起，可以培养学习的信心，同时也从日常用语中体会英语的用法，比如牛记书虫系列50本，每篇文章都是双语，而且难度不是很大，有利于循序渐进

It is really a very good idea.

I believe talking with each other in English from now on is an effective to achieve our objective.
If everyone here use English to communicate with each other, that will be very constructive.

We may exchange our understanding about a new move, about a new policy or about a new technology. Meanwhile, we can also share our learning experience with each other in English.
Furthermore, we may establish a English audio-books pool. Each of us can download the latest learning material at the lowest cost. We are going to have a lot of fun.
