A hot topic in microblog, according to reports, nearly five hundred and seventy thousand college students are in unemployment status last year. With the rapid devement of china's economy currently, college students  are highly educated group, it's easy for most of them to find a job, if they are always going to the crowded job fairs, though some times they are not satisfited with their jobs. unfortunately, the fact is opposite. It's time for us to think well about the nature of phenomenon. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
    I'd appreciate if you could reply me and state your opinions about this question.
    Three aspects are provided as follows:
     1.the problem of students themselves
     2.the composition of China‘s economy
     3.employing principles

how to explain this phenomenon that three thousand college students strive to be cleanners. this life is what they want? definitely no! the key point is the employing principles

students go into employment market,they are treated as production. they have their own prices,and employers make a decision. the pheonomenon is just as offering too much production or lacking effective demands, or there exits friction between them. in my opinion,the friction exits from two sides: one for students' study in college and one for the problems of chinese universities' education affairs. there must be some problems,which lead to the bad performance of market.   

We got a huge population there and the demand is not bigger enough to cover all.

there is sorts  truth in what you said.this involves other problems, the relationship between supply and demand. the human rights and etc.But just as what Romney said in the third-round debating competition, the economy is still  in depression status, problems of students their own and education affairs of course there, so the colleges are beginning to reduce the number of enrollment , and the government has been enlargING the funds investment in higher education  

As you described above, I notice that you said "college students", and I don't think that's a suprise.Of course in China, some graduates and master graduates can even not get  satified jobs, which means the competition is too intense in recent years. We may say the excess of supplys and lack of demands play comprehensive roles in this situation. However, the The first aspect you referred that the problems of the students themselves i guess is the main factor leading to the college students unemployement status, for the education in these universties can not make the employers believe and satisfyed.
