we can use probability theory to find out the number of  permutations and combinations of a number of people. After we get a sample, we can make a T-test to find out if the result is statistically significant. So, what is the significant level you would like to choose? 95%?  Or, please just tell us your P-value....

因为1~9里面任何一个数与9相乘后个位与十位的数相加都是9

附上数学证明如下哈：

设选择的数是y，y在1~9之间

而9*y=（10-1）*y=10*y-y =（y-1）*10 + 10-y

那么很明显：十位的数字就是（y-1）；个位数字就是10-y

所以：个位 + 十位=（10-y）+（y-1）=9

所以嘛... ...

这种测法测不出27岁以前结婚的，怎么算都是27+吻过的人数
