"解压后首目录中会有一个Word文档Stata 12 Crack", 不是在Crack_Stata12那个压缩包里。Good luck!

may not work if you update online. You'd better first download the updating package and then update it offline.

终于升级成功了，找到原因了，在win7 64位系统中打开控制面板---操作中心---更改用户账户控制设置，改为从不通知。

这样就能正常离线升级啦
