It's really a good idea, we can enlarge our bandwidth of English and learn langue skill during discussion. I also suggest to set up a section about terms, that can help us improve the translation accuracy and enrich our vocabulary size.

this is a good suggestion. we should communicate with each other. i think most of us will get a promotion  in writing english. i think a famous saying:
maybe we have a long way to go before we reach the final goal, but once we are on the way , the chance to reach it is greater.
