great, i  just want to use english more. cause i work in a foreign company, i use english everyday. But i'm not good at using english. but i believe i would get improvement if i use english more often.

Well, that's a wonderful idea.But i suggust you should give some topics to discuss.Or some people will find nothing to talk about and then they don't take part in or they just say something meaningless. Also you can  ask us to put forward some good topics in our study and life. I think it may help to make the talk better.
