good idea

It's a very good idea and I strongly support our manager.Though lots of us passed CET-4 or CET-6, we could not express ourself fluently. So, it is a good chance to practise our writing and oral English!

The idea is nice! I hope that this kind of activity could  be  held everyday.

Wow,I love this part.Thanks to the manager.I think all the menbers can  put forward some topics base on the news or lives,and everybody can jion in to talk their views.It will be better.

Double Seventh Day--Chinese Valentine’s Day
    Today is the 7th day of the 7th lunar month,a traditional festival full of romance.The Weaving Girl and the Cowherd in heaven would meet at the Magpie Bridge.
    "Double Seventh Day" is also a phenomenon of number worship——"七" bears the same pronunciation with "妻" (wife), thus the Double Seventh Day is to a great extent a festival related to women.
    Lovers will be gifts on this day,and see films,and have a candlelight dinner,they all have a sweet day in this way.
But for me, a single men,this day is a lonely day.A song,I want to have a girlfriend,from yu yang jiang,to express my lonely moodf.

Definitely in great support for that. Our forum needs more people to practice speaking English both verbally and in written.

That being said, I would suggest the forum managers(s) to create threads that involve topic discussions such as "Where do you see the Chinese economy going in the next five to ten years?", "What do you think about the housing markets in China?", and so forth. I believe that would stimulate more discussions and exchange of ideas.

There is another forum section entitled "follow us" discussing about current economic topics, but you can certainly discuss the issues here as long as you do not break the forum rules.
