刚投Annals of Operations Research杂志的论文，提交后，Springer编辑部发了邮件，
“You are kindly requested to confirm if the manuscript is not currently under consideration by another journal, so that it could be processed further in this journal.”

直接恢复，还是需要发个什么其他证明文件？

Just for your reference, may not be 100% right. I think that the journal wants you to confirm that you only submit your paper to them now. If I were you, I will send a confirmation email stating that that journal is the only one you submit your paper if it is true. Then, ask them to contact me if need further proof.

I have replied the email, but the state is also Submissions Being Processed (1). Is there any thing wrong?

No, nothing is wrong. Usually, it takes few business days to process your submission. Usually, you will receive an email confirm that the journal received your submission. Then, the editor (or...) will tell you that your paper is distributed to reviewers (usually more than 1), and tell you how long it may take. If you really worry about it, you can call them in their business hours.
