我擦了，，什么  宏观经济研究？  生态经济？ 消费经济？ 财政研究？ 投资研究？

还留了条活路，生态经济和消费经济公关做得好。

这个目录已经老了，在今年上半年又制定了新的目录，比这个合理多了。

在对本土利益集团的保护政策下，QJE RES JET JME这些刊物居然可以同:《经济社会体制比较》、《改革》、《经济学家》、《中国工业经济》、《中国农村经济》、《财贸经济》、《宏观经济研究》等刊物划上近似等号。可见保护政策造成的巨大扭曲。我们可以讲所有人分成三类。第一类，两类刊物都发不出来，这个规定是个“屁”，因为他们根本不能毕业；第二类，能发出第一类但发不出第二类。对此类人规定这么多英文刊物也没什么用；第三类，能发出第二类但不能发出第一类的人，由于这两类刊物发表难度的巨大差异，可以认为这类人在概率意义上几乎不存在；第四类，两类刊物都能发出的人。这类人如果care这个规定，则他们宝贵的精力会被从追求国际发表部分的引导到追求第一类中文发表上来，则这项规定会起到坏作用；这类人如果不care这项规定，则这项规定就是屁！综上，论证了本规定至少有一半是放屁！ 不禁想起若干年前在一个招聘会上看到某高校的一项招聘广告：招聘骨干教师，要求硕士以上学位或院士，止增笑耳！
