惨,考上博士不到一个学期博导要调离,接下来几年我该怎么办?

文科的博导作用不大，换人无所谓。理科的博导决定研究方向，半途换人有些悬。

My case was: I spent almost a whole year to revise my research direction to align with my professor's request. When it was done, he told me he was going to leave the university next year. He said he felt sorry that he could not be my supervisor. Since my "tailor-made" research topic was not welcomed by other professors, and therefore, I had to do it again. At the end, I had to give it up, and stop my PhD journey. (That guy was an indian--I got use past tense here because it was 15 years ago, and I am not sure that guy still live or dead already, who knows!)

Finally, I did my PhD degree in other University, but it was already several years later.......

学校应该会安排吧

It was my painful experience. Very down and very hurt to me! But it was 15 years, now it is just nothing more than a memory. Let it go~
