But if it is in school copy and scan textbook for personal use, not for profit, then will be fine. Maybe your school is too restricted....

I know if we ask them before we copy and scan the book is fine. But have to less then 10 pages.
However, it is really cannot help the students to save money......

And I have enrolled in 3 differ colleges, each college has the same policy.

I think you can buy textbook which is published out of US. Global Edition is also a good choice.

我老师有点严，我猜如果我们在学校买书，他们会有回扣，所以都建议我们在学校买。
如果有人拿本外表不一样的书，可能又会被说啦。。。。
因为学校有电子版的卖，所以我就装一下是在学校买的就好啦。
