You have to scan out someone who never/seldom try online shopping for luxury in the beginning of your questionnaire.Usually the questionnaire would have a question like: 你上次....是什麼時候? If he has experience and is suitable for the survey, then go on next question, otherwise simply say "thank you!" and stop the survey process. Think about it--what is the value of his/her feedback to your survey, if he/she is not your "target", or put in this way, do you think a man age over 90 and has no idea of online shopping would be your target?There are some more technical issues you have to take care when you get serious on this survey. If you are doing the research program (like PhD), the quality questionnaire will directly affect the quality of your research, better fix it at the early stage.

谢谢楼主提醒。听楼主这些话，和我之前读的一篇journal of advertising上的文章的问卷设计思路一样，它们做的是差不多这样的。说实话，我也知道应该这样做，但是我问题是我找不到这么多的这样的受访者，这是我现在感觉最大的一个问题，您觉得有什么好的解决办法吗？感谢

General speaking, it takes at least a month or conduct your survey. Take you time and no short cut. You may contact with some online shop and see if you can persuade them to support your survey. I think you should have some contacts regarding online shopping, try!
