Q1. Explain the concept of “creditworth”

Q2. Using the “SPV Organogram” already discussed, state why it’s important for each party in the contractual hierarchy to understand the “creditworth” of each of:

the Client,

the Sponsors/Developers,

the D&B contractor and the various supply chains engaged by the Contractor explaining what financial controls the [main] Contractor may exert over the supply chain and subcontractors, and

the Operations contractor(s)

also comment on the importance of other pasrties whose credit standing may affect the project’s financing.
