WorldGreen Design Forum has been held for 4 sessions successfully in Lugano,Brussels and Yangzhou respectively since 2011, which is advocated by Mr. LUYongxiang, the vice chairman of the 11th National People’s Congressof PRC. The mission of WGDO is to promote the concept of “Green Design”, andlead the reform of production, consumption and life style. Therefore, we areconsistently promoting global green design industry and have contributed muchcooperation in the fields of green finance, technologies, talent and so forthduring previous forums, which have the positive impacts in driving globalsustainable growth.
Wehave the honors to receive many congratulatory letters, such as Mr. Wu Hailong,the former Ambassador of Chinese Mission to the EU, Mr Li Zhaoxing, the formerMinister of China Foreign Affairs, Mr Friis Arne Petersen, Danish Ambassador toChina. They have given altitudinal support and also placed high expectations toWGDO.
InJune, there will be many foreign delegations to get involved in YangzhouSummit, including European Parliament Delegation, Delegation of the EU to China,Belgium, France, Germany, Finland, Britain and other countries to attend ourforum to contribute ideas and exert efforts for transforming economic anddesign trend. Hence, I would like topersonally invite you to attend 2014 World Green Design Forum Yangzhou Summitto promote green finance and investment development in accordance with EquatorPrinciples in China.
