上学期刚学完管理学，感觉好难啊。。。分数特别低啊。。。感觉就像是茶壶里煮饺子倒不出来的赶脚啊。。是因为理论知识不扎实没有真切地理解到位吗。。。

Before we dig deep into your problem, let me ask you several questions?

Firstly, what is the average score?
if you are within the upper 50%, the problem is not so serious.

Secondly, which part of the exam you didn't do well?
I mean multiple choice or simple answer?

The last but not the least,
you may talk to your instructor directly,
she/he will offer you the most authoritative answer to your inquiry.


Generally speaking, managerial courses are not that hard.
That's why so many engineering students shift their major at graduate level.
Take it easy,
you can make it finally.

首先，我觉得教材应该多看几遍，每看一遍就增进一层理解；其次，扩展阅读，例如芮明杰和格里芬等的书可以看下。

没有相当的阅历是不适合看管理学的。毕业后发现管理学中多数是废话，而真正有用的在书本中是一笔带过，甚至都没有提及。
