本人在赶硕士论文，题目为《所有制对高技术产业科技金融绩效的影响》，其中第三章需要介绍所有制对高技术产业科技金融绩效的影响机制，请问各位大神，应该从哪个切入点入手？本人愚笨，对“产权”、“所有权”、“控制权”这些概念一直理解不清，希望各位大神能够多多提提意见，告诉本人切入点，小弟感激不尽。

here is my understanding.

“产权” = “所有权” <> “控制权”

For a corporation, shareholders hold the ownership.
They own the property.

Normally speaking, it is not practical for so many shareholders manage the entity simultaneously.
They establish board of directors to control the entity.

Board of directors will hire senior managers, who normally don't have ownership in the entity.
Senior managers will have actual control over the daily operation, property handle and strategy execution.


Here we come to your final question.

First, I really don't understand your terminology of 科技金融 so much.
I have to try my best to stand on your shoes.

Do you mean the influence on its financial performance as an issuer?
if so, here is my opinion.

The ownership definitely has influence on its financial performance.

Generally speaking,
there are tremendous number of small high tech business in the world.
The business owners are normally research scientists.
They know nothing but their experiment. (statistically speaking)

If those guys have shares in the business.
They will have chance to enjoy the net profit after deducting all relevant expenses.

The incentive effect will be much better than being an employee.
Especially, when you have positive outcome.

Normally speaking,
those high tech practitioners won't have to contribute their capital,
they just contribute their patent or only their service.
But according to the initial contract, they will have guaranteed returns. (no matter entity is profitable or suffer a loss)

To offer high tech talents ownership is a routine conduct in modern world.
One of my friend just hired by Apple as a junior programmer.
He got $100, 000 shares stock option.

Do you think he will get lazy about it?
No, he and other guys with the options will work hard and try to boost the entity performance.
His share is definitely smaller than 5%.
He is not a 'owner' yet.

If you image he is a owner, what is he going to do?
He will do whatever he can to improve entity's performance.

In summary,
sound ownership will stimulate high tech business owners.
The final financial performance will normally be more promising in the future.
