职位：助理统计师/数据分析师

地点：上海

职责：

·       在项目经理的指导下独立完成数据分析项目的设计与执行，确保质量与统计有效性

·       完成数据分析项目的各个步骤，包括读取原始数据，整理、分析数据，建立、优化模型，总结主要结论及在市场营销中的商业含义，并向项目经理汇报

·       对项目的分析方法、步骤等进行有条理的总结和归档

·       能够独立发现项目过程中产生的问题并加以解决

·       使用SAS软件设计与执行各种统计分析

·       使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）撰写分析报告

·       有效管理时间，能够高质量地同时完成多个项目

要求:

·       硕士学历，专业为统计学、经济学、数学或其它量化分析为主的社会科学专业

·       0-3年的统计分析领域的相关经验

·       精通统计学知识，包括相关分析、聚类分析、回归分析、因子分析等等

·       熟练使用SAS，SQL或者其他统计分析工具和数据库工具

·       熟练运用office工具，包括Word、Excel、PPT等

·       熟练的英语听说读写能力及良好的沟通能力

·       具有快速学习的动力与能力

·       具有时间管理能力与高效工作能力，能够同时开展多个项目

·       具有独立工作能力并有团队协调能力

Job Title:  Research Analyst/Associate Statistician

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities

·       Design and execute projects withdetailed guidance from project managers

·       Responsible for quality and statisticalvalidity of analysis and related output

·       Complete every step includingreading in the raw data, aggregating it, analyzing the results, building and optimizing models

·       Document and be able to articulate methodologyand steps taken to project managers

·       Detect issues and solve themindependently

·       Design, execute and interpret suchtechniques as logistic and linear regression, cluster analysis, factor analysisand CHAID primarily using SAS

·       Master the PC and UNIX toolsets (Excel,PowerPoint, Word, etc.) to create contents for evaluating statistical analysessuch as tables, reports, graphs, etc.

·       Effectively manage time in order todeliver on time 1-2 concurrent projects with quality

Qualifications:

·       0-3 years related experience in a quantitativeanalysis field

·       AMaster’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or quantitative SocialSciences  is required

·       Solid statistical knowledge, such as correlation, regression, multivariate analysis and experimentaldesign, etc

·       Experience with statistical andanalytical tools such as SAS, SQL, or any other analysis or databasesoftware would be a plus; Advancedlevel on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·       Strong computer and programming skills,experience in  VBA, SQL or other programming language is desirable

·       Strong verbal, writing and presentationskills in English

·       Motivated and able to learn new skills quickly

·       Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments forefficiency

·       Able to work well independently and as part of a team
