run;
Which one of the following is the length of the variable CITY_COUNTRY in the
output data set?
A. 6

C. 17
D. 25

and plus: what will be the value of the variable CITY_COUNTRY in the output data set?

应该选D，substr（First,1,7）得到的变量的长度跟First变量长度是一样的，都是16，然后再加上后面9个字符的长度，就是25
