在information ratio的计算过程中，有两个变量，information coefficient和investor breadth，其中investor breadth的定义为“the number of independent, active investment decisions made each year”，能否具体讲讲怎样才算是一个independent, active的investment decision啊？

Number of independent, active investment decisions made mean how many investment actions (long/short) u make

Actually, the focus on the topic is not here, rather the focus is on the relation between breadth <--> IR <--> other relationship, which the formula helps u a bit

I think this not likely to appear this year...
last year I did Level 2 , by the way.
