A company won't last long without sustainable and superior performance, esp, ROI, free cash flow and high morale;
An accurate performance management dashboard will generate real time feedback for employee incentive purpose.

In summary, we need insight in this field.

Perhaps you are right ...haha  most of the time, performances  are hard to measure, the stupid management only concentrate on the result rather than actual benefit to doing it.
