stata 或者 excel 如何将第2、3、4……列依次放到第一列后面

stata  或者  excel    如何实现如下的功能呢：
原始数据（示例为四列，实际上要处理的是几百列）
1     A      6     F
2     B     7      G
3     C     8      H
4     D     9      I
5     E     10     J

处理后的效果：
