很多同学反应pandas、numpy等package安装不了，下面补充一个重要的步骤：

在安装python的时候，不断点 ...

然还是报错。
SSLError: ('The read operation timed out',)

建议解决方法：
Try to run this command from the system terminal. Make sure that you use the correct version of 'pip' installed for your Python interpreter located at 'C:\Python27\python.exe'.
