我以前教过6 Sigma & Lean Enterprise，即便快忘光了，不过还稍微有那么点发言权。
具备基本的统计学知识就可以了，流程设计、数据整理、作图、严谨的步骤、计算都比较重要，当时学生扣分最多的就是步骤不严谨。像“ the process is centered on the midpoint ”或者“the graphic is centered”没说，就要扣两分。
用的课本是<Quality (5th Edition) > by Donna C. Summers，貌似很多学校用这本。据反映排版不太好，好处是他有一本单独的学生辅导书，叫<Student Solutions Manual for Quality> by Donna C. Summers（我没看过），不知道是不是对自学有帮助？

大概就记得这些了，仅供参考。
