我找了21个细分制造业的行业数据，但是我的论文是关于出口制造业的，现在比较苦恼的是如何定义出口制造业，查找文献也没有收获，我的理解是我可以用各个行业的出口占比来比较，然后自己选取那些出口占比较高的行业作为出口制造业么？求大神指导！感激不尽！

Your intuition is correct.
According to current accounting standard,
practitioners define the categories by the following dimensions,
Revenue %, profit % or both.

If the export amount is beyond 80%, it is no doubt.
If the ratio is lower than 20%, it is also no doubt.
The most difficult one is between 20% and 80%.

Using your academic guess please.
For my understanding, any one lower than 50%, should not be categorized as manufacturer oriented at international market.
