  I am interested in finding a best cut-off value of a continuous variable in my dataset.
  It would be helpful if you could help me with the code to obtain the cut-off value and the Youden Index J.
  I want to creat a table like this:

cutpoint	POS	NEG	FALPOS	FALNEG	sensitivity	specificity	Youden     J	diagnosis rate
