I have got CPA(HKICPA) and ACA(ICAEW) via the QP exam of HKICPA (i.e. passed all 4 modules and FE within 1 year; very easy because it's open book and the exam tests analysis and real case study). But I failed in the taxation module of CICPA. It's very difficult because the exam paper is NOT open book and the candidates have to remember a lot of facts/figures/procedures.

I have got CPA (HKICPA) and ACA (ICAEW) via the QP exam of HKICPA. I passed the 4 modules and FE of QP within 1 year because it's easy. The QP exam is easy to me because it's open book and emphasizes analysis of case studies. However, I failed the taxation module of CICPA exam. I think it's very difficult because it's closed book and the candidates have to remember a lot of facts/figures/procedures.

PS: I am an accouting major of a HK unversity and know English and Traditional Chinese. But Simplified Chinese is not a problem to me.

CMA全球经过认证的持证会员不超过5万人吧，IMA的会员8万人其中是包括还没通过考试但加入了协会的学员。

Since I am CPA(HKICPA) via QP, I am granted ACA(ICAEW) title so long as I have paid the annual membership fee.

Although I have got British Citizen passport, I am not planning to work or settle in the UK, ACA seems not useful in HK and I am considering to quit ICAEW membership.
