按照李彪生前的说法，中国的股市无论是现在还是将来，都不过是临时振荡中枢的一部分，向上是大势所趋；粗暴套用殷保华的公式，此段牛市应该有6900左右吧，但这些都不重要，问题是炒客本人的斤两，高手牛熊通吃，无往不利。

I doubt the level of this guy of being awarded the Noble prize, but the tone of the guy seems to be a really American, only what he did is right, and all the others are wrong. You should listen to them, which definitely we could not. It is easy to criticize others then to figure out a way to resolve the problem, which they never do, even do but try to lead to a disaster because of the intention or incapability. Our market does have the problem, which needs to be solved; given the situation, do you think it is the best way for the government to do nothing and let the market function? Do not think the others are clever than us. The difference is they planned and worked. We have a lot to learn, but never rely on the others.
