呵呵，虽然好网站想留给自己，但还是devote吧，前提是你有无水平看http://www.economist.com/opinion/，前面我给nc177的是找书的一个外文库，应该对你要找的书有帮助。如你觉得好，就贴出吧，觉得不好，就别去看。

楼主要找的是BARRO的新版。

其实，BARRO这本书对数学的要求一点都不高。主要需要一些连续时间优化的基本知识。

BARRO本人也说过这本书是可以用作本科生经济增长课程的参考书的。

当然，本科层次经济增长的教科书，除了JONES的那本书之外，下面这本新书更好：
