Activate the excel workbook before any manipulation, There is a blue bold "激活" button positioned in the 2nd frame in the first worksheet (Index) . Maybe you are a foreigner poor in chinese, I can translate the toolbox in english if you want.

Thank you for your notes. I have fixed the problem by using Excel 2007 version instead of 1997-2003. My computer does not display Chinese characters so I have to guess all the instructions. Excellent detective work!!

骗人的。花了我那么多币。一打开就出现frma.dll必须和excel文件在同一个文件夹。

实际的情况是已经在同一个文件夹。
