安装程序时，

R版本是3.2.3，系统是win7
网上查了不少方法，
options(download.file.method = "wininet")
依旧报相同的错，别的install_github也都是相同的问题。求解决办法，求大神。

没人用install_github吗......

题主在浏览器里能正常访问github吗？timeout的话一般来说是无法连接导致的

浏览器没有问题

这个跟你的网络连接有关系。
我的是正常的。因为可以用github.你换个能上github的地方试试。

试过https://github.com/hadley/devtools/issues/877这个页面上的方法吗？

是用代理吗，试过不少免费的，然而并不行

哎，我的直接报错
