请问美国上市的中国公司融资情况哪里能查到？另外，融资体现在哪里？比如说哪个指标变化了，就说明融到资了？还请了解的同志告知一二，多谢多谢。

You may surf SEC website to get all the information you need to know.
The finance reports will give you the information in detail.
You can actually tell how many debt the entity borrowed.
Of course, if the debt amount increases, the entity is borrowing more debt.

不好意思我问的不清楚，应该是股权融资怎么体现？债务增加有可能是通过银行借款并不是在二级市场融到的资金。因为我不太懂这些，难免出错哈。还请见谅。再问下通过哪些指标的变化可以看出该公司进行了股权融资了呢？

Hello there, based on your request, the best suggest I could offer is TO READ ITS financial reports.
You could find your solution there.  Go to the balance sheet and compare its equity amount.

Your question shows that you need some basic accounting knowledge.
