我导师想要年底去德国参加会议 一直是我帮他跟对方联系
这是德国那面最新发过来的邮件，谈到了机票 请英语好的大神帮我准确的翻译一下呗！因为牵扯到报销的问题，我怕邮件内容理解错了 。
然后如果有了解国际会议的poster session，能否也详细的传授一下呢？

Since we have funding for your travel costs, we will refund Professor Zhi’s costs, but it is important that:
1. If you could send me the booking invoice it would be helpful for me to keep an eye on the costs. Nevertheless I need the payments as ORIGINAL bills, so that I can pass it to the bookkeeping.
2. It is important that the payment shows only costs, that we are able to refund.
3. We refund travel expenses in economy class.
4. We will book a hotel and will pay for this as well.
Concerning the poster session we decided to limit the format of the poster to DIN A1, the rest is up to you and it is your choice how you design your poster.
