assume that wages and prices adjust freely and quickly to changes in demand and supply
Although not instantaneous, wages/prices do eventually adjust in the long run.
When the economy is at full employment, the only types of unemployment are frictional and structural. There is zero cyclical unemployment.In other words, the economy is experiencing neither a boom nor a bust.
